I’m Jorge Barahona, a filmmaker, photographer, and creative director based in El Paso, Texas. I create commercials, films, and photographic work driven by a fascination with people, emotion, and the stories we tell about ourselves. As a Creative Director and Producer at Spectrum Reach and founder of Bored Film Studios, I bring projects from the first idea through production and the final edit. My work includes more than 100 commercials and has earned Gold and Bronze Telly Awards. My personal work takes a more surreal direction, using cinematic lighting, handmade sets, and visual symbolism to explore identity, longing, and change. Across both client and personal projects, I want to make images that give people a reason to stop and look closer.
